Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)
I finally made it to my destination. Birmingham NY, I step through the door to find 4 lawyers in one room looking at me step through the door like shark bate. After formalities from my lawyer only he drops the question. Did you read the title abstract (translation: Do you have are checks ready) I nod and confirm it's all accounted for. I receive a nice smile. I had to pay roughly 5.72% in taxes and fees for the house If your on the market looking just note 6% additional in savings to be ready for fees is not a bad thing to expect. (please note this is not legal advise. its a testimony )
My Lawyer was cool gentle and direct which is how I prefer it. We proceed to sign our life away again. This time there is a humble chip on me. Unlike the first Mortgage in which I felt heavy because I can physically feel the dept on my shoulders after signing. This time my plan was more clear. We've been searching and strategizing, planing again and revising the strategy for off and on 2 years. I've been praying and fasting, Ann and I are on a unified front, I need not worry. God got me. He's been showing his self with in the pas two weeks we have his blessing and who he bless need not worry. I doesn't mean it will be easy. I just means I know he will carry me. I step to the meeting like George Cloonie from Oceans 11 (sorry no newer references I don't really watch movies any more but you get my drift). This is because once again I know God Got Me!
Family I tell you the truth when you do your best to align you will with God's you need not worry. If you have tarried and are running fatigue while doing the right thing Your covered With confidence you can know He got you covered.
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
Thank God for his love and kindness during the race and thank Him for his grace when we repent form doing wrong.
